Joan Ramon Resina is the Director of the Iberian Studies Program at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Relations and Professor of Iberian and Latin American Cultures and Comparative Literature at Stanford University, United States. He received an M.A. and the PhD in Comparative Literature at U.C. Berkeley. Prof. Resina specializes in modern European literatures and cultures with an emphasis on Catalan and Spanish traditions.
